Opened December 16th, 2015 the Twisted Fork is small family-owned business who wants to provide their guests with a fresh home cooked meal in the heart of Galax, Virginia.
Chef Bobby Ross is originally from Lexington, South Carolina. Over 20 years experience, he has nothing but passion for the chemistry of the food and flavors.
Richard Coburn is the Sous chef from Wilmington, North Carolina. He has worked with Bobby for over 8 years, as they both had worked together at Primland Resort.
Autumn Ross, Jennifer Wheatley & Laureen Walker are the front of the house servers. Teddy Lamb is our wonderful host. We truly appreciate our employees and guests and want a home feel environment for everyone.
